Brandon’s House Swansea, Illinois

Relationships don’t happen by accident. We met this family just as they were preparing to build a very unique home for their son with very unique and severe physical disabilities. We designed every detail in the 12,000 square foot home to accommodate Brandon’s needs. Brandon has an entire wing devoted to his care that essentially functions as a skilled nursing facility including specialized bathing, laundry, nurses quarters, office, and backup systems.
Simple roof lines, large expanses of glass, full masonry exterior, and a subtle color palette distinguish this modern design from McMansion pretenders.
